Ordering and Delivery Process
HappyU strives to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for its customers.
However, if you have any questions or other problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.
- Place an order
The ordering procedure for HappyU Amsterdam has been made as simple as possible. First you need to go to the product page and then add the product you want to buy to your shopping cart. You do this by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.
Now it is important to check that you have chosen the correct option. If everything is correct, click the "Checkout" button. On the information page you must enter the correct address details and ensure that all information is correct. Once you have entered the details correctly, you can click on the "Continue Submit" button.
On the "Delivery" page you have the option to check the address details you entered. You will also see that every shipment is delivered for free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the delivery and shipping costs. You can now continue by pressing the button
Clicking "Proceed to payment".
In the payment section you can choose between different payment methods. At HappyUAmsterdam.com, all payment methods are SSL encrypted, so you are always assured of a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the correct payment method, you must click on the "Continue to checkout" button, after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for the selected payment method. Follow the instructions on that page to complete the order. If you have any problems placing your order, you can always contact us.
Delivery charge
Wii will take care of the delivery costs of each order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

Possibly enjoy! That is why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
In order to charge reasonable prices for our products, we have decided to collect products in large quantities, and when we reach the minimum quantity, we will ship them at once. Wii hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.
Please note: Like many online stores, we are extremely busy and as a result delays may occur. Please take this into account when placing your order. Wii do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
The average delivery time for all our packages is listed below:
Once an order has been placed, we need 1-3 business days to process your order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. It takes an average of 5 -12 working days to deliver your order.
If you have placed an order with us, you can easily see when your package will arrive. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, with which you can track your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. See our Track & Trace page to see how this works.
- Delivery of your order
Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return? Take a look at our returns page.
Wrong product?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always offer you a new package for free on the first attempt and unfortunately we will not give you a refund. We would also like to see photos of the damage first.
A package lost during transport?
If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new package before we apply our returns and refunds policy.
Import duties
In some cases, customs inspects the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation has changed with effect from July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on it.
In some cases, customs may require you to pay a small import tax. But don't worry! We can tell you that in 99% of cases this will not happen. Will customs duties be charged anyway? Contact us.
If you as a customer do not collect the product at the post office, we have incurred costs for delivering the product to the post office and we have the right to withhold 50% of the value of the order as a refund. If the customer still wants the product, we will send it back to you for an additional fee of €7.50.
